Confirmation of Abstract Receipt
All instructions listed above must be followed. Abstracts not complying may not be accepted. The deadline for receipt of all abstracts is March 30th, 2003.The author or contact person will receive confirmation that the abstract has been received. Notice will be sent by e-mail or fax if this information has been provided with the abstract. Letters of receipt will be sent by regular mail for those who do not have access to e-mail or fax. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact
Dr. George Baourakis, at the above address by e-mail, or fax. Do not resubmit the abstract. It is the responsibility of the lead author or contact person to inform other authors about confirmation, acceptance/rejection, and any other conference correspondence.

Acceptance / Rejection of Abstracts
The EAAE International Scientific Committee will review all abstracts for suitability in the conference program. Authors or contact persons will be notified by April 30th, 2003 as to whether their abstract has been accepted for presentation.
